Annie's Story
Working with Ash is truly life changing! So many of us (even if you are thin) are super unhealthy.
I am on my 4th week of the program, and I have lost 15lbs. The weight loss is a plus, but the true benefit of feeling good every morning and having enough energy throughout the day, is more fulfilling.
I tried doing programs before but was unsuccessful. Working with Ash is not like other things that I have tried. I have tried other things where I was starving throughout the day, waiting for the next meal. But doing it this way with Ash, my body was absorbing the nutrients that was needed, and I thrived throughout the whole day! Seriously.
Ash makes you feel important and she stays in contact with you throughout the program. She has given me the tools to succeed, and I am so grateful because my life has changed!
Since I started this journey, I have healed my obsessive eating patterns, diet coke addiction, candy addiction, and I don't have anymore pounding headaches.
My mood is good. I'm happier. My stool is nice everyday (TMI but I poop everyday). I feel good every morning when I wake up and I am excited for the day.

Ashley's Story
I grew up in and out of hospitals and doctors’ offices, and I needed medications and infusions all the time. I also was both 280lbs at one point, and 118lbs at one point; and I was unhealthy at BOTH weights. I went through phases of losing weight and gaining weight, but something that I want to make really clear, is that health is so much more than a number. Even when I had lost weight at certain periods of my life, I still dealt with chronic illness. I dealt with symptoms from brain fog, to dizziness, to tingling everywhere, and pain all over, etc. I used to think that there wasn’t anything I could do about it, and man, am I glad to have found out that I was wrong! I went down some bad roads in order to find out what worked though. Essentially at that point, I was just looking to lose weight (I had hit my heaviest at 280lbs). I had researched and read so much about what diets to try, and it seemed like everyone had a different answer.
Some doctors suggested paleo, some suggested counting calories, etc etc etc, and ultimately, I ended up trying all of them. One of the things on the long list of things that I tried, was the ketogenic diet. Let’s just say, that keto was the WORST decision of my life. I ended up in the hospital from it. I went from being sick, to being non-functioning sick. I was so dizzy and lightheaded that I couldn’t stand up for long; I remember trying to get a glass of water, and I literally had to lay down on the floor because I couldn’t make it to the chair. My migraines became an every single day occurrence, the tingling and pain was at an all time high, my chronic fatigue was unbearable to the point I could barely keep my eyes open, I broke out in rashes all over my body, even my tongue was inflamed and had a rash on it. At that point, I could care less about weight loss, and I just wanted to be able to function again. I’ll never forget laying in bed and crying in pain, and I promised God that if I got better, then I would help as many people as I could improve their health too.
Well, God led me to answers… I continued studying more, but this time was different and this path is what finally worked. Yes I lost 130lbs initially from when I started implementing this.. but more importantly my HEALTH got better! When I lost weight in the past, even at my thinnest, I still needed infusions, and medications, and I was still suffering. Now, I no longer need any of that, and I am thriving. There is a difference between just losing weight, and getting healthy. Just because someone loses weight doesn’t mean they are getting healthier; they are just getting smaller. I have come a
long way from “just trying to lose weight” and I feel like God tested me again not too long ago regarding the weight aspect. I got covid and ultimately ended up having some “long haul” symptoms. I knew I could heal because I healed chronic issues before. I decided to do a more extreme version of detox (not something I recommend people to do, but it made sense for me and my body at the time). I ended up gaining 30lbs back from the 130lbs that I had lost (this is not uncommon for the extreme version I was doing), however, I got rid of all my symptoms that I was having, which was the goal. This is just another example of what I mean when I say that health is more than a number. My body is naturally losing weight again now.
I help people detox their bodies by using a slower form of detox that produces amazing results for so many by using specific food that people can get right from their grocery store. I have had clients who have gotten better blood work within only 3 weeks of working with me. I have had client’s wean down on medications because their doctors said their blood work was so good that they didn’t need as high of a dosage anymore. I have had clients who said that they haven’t felt this good since they were a kid. I have had clients feel completely better and get rid of the symptoms. I have had clients drastically lower their cholesterol and blood pressure, I have had clients who had issues sleeping before, and now they are sleeping like a baby. THESE are examples of what it means to truly get healthier, not just a number on the scale. Yes, people naturally lose weight doing this too. At one point I didn’t want to promote just how much weight people were losing, because the amount sounds like a gimmick, and I have personally fallen for plenty of gimmicks out there, and I promise this is not one of them. When it comes down to it, people lose anywhere from 3-12lbs in just the first week alone, and that’s simply because they are cleaning things out. There can be 7-14lbs of impacted stool stuck in the intestinal tract inside the gut, and that is just one of the things that gets cleaned out during the food detox.
